There is no welding in the battery PACK, only use a sleeve tool for remove and assembly. No special site and equipment, no production noise and pollution emissions, and assembly efficiency is 10 times higher than similar products.

The combined reed (PCB) is made of special materials and process. The contact surface with the core is more than 4 times that of the welding core. It has higher current capacity and is not easy to heat. The pressure of single reed is more than 1.5kg, strong seismic ability, suitable for harsh environment.

All the cell module use full plug process, fool-proofing design, to ensure the safety and efficiency of assembly.

Use automobile technics, the battery PACK is fixed and connected to the housing.
